Your data
Remove your details, or ask what we hold
Ada Corporate Advisory researches UK companies using information that is already public, mostly the Companies House register. If you are a director, owner or named manager of a UK company, we may hold your name, your role and an age band — and we may have included your company in a research file for a customer.
You can ask us to remove you at any time, and we will. You do not need an account, and you do not have to give a reason. Use the form below, or email david@adacorporateadvisory.com — both reach the same person and are treated identically.
What happens when you send this
- 1. If you give us your company number and you are asking to be removed, that company goes onto our do-not-research list straight away — automatically, before a person reads your request. It cannot then be picked up by a future search. If it is already in a list a customer holds, that takes a person: see step 3.
- 2. You get a reference number on screen. Keep it.
- 3. A person then deals with the rest: deleting what we already hold, withdrawing a customer's access to a list you are already in, answering what you asked, or looking into a complaint. We aim to do this within five working days, and we will not take longer than one month. Complaints are acknowledged within 30 days.
If you are not happy with our answer
Please tell us first — most things are quicker to fix directly. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at any time: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or 0303 123 1113.
The full detail of what we collect, why, and how long we keep it is in our privacy notice.
